Lazy Sunday's are the best. Usually I forget that it's supposed to be "lazy" and end up running around doing errands. I'm a little neurotic like that. On rare occasions when I do sit back and relax, I realize just how nice it can be to simply chill out. The squeeze is always telling me I need to learn how to do that.
Now that we've created a traditional Sunday Gelato Night, I have definitely been able to chill out. Gelato Fiasco in downtown Portland is our favorite spot. On tonight's menu I opted for pistachio, fresh cream, lemon cream cookie, and cake batter.
Uh-mazing.
A perfect way to end a lazy Sunday!
